Ask Your Jewish Mother is an independent comedy website at jewishmother.app. You can reach a human at support@jewishmother.app.

Account basics: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and email your Google account shares with us. That is all Google sends - we never see your Google password, contacts, or anything else in your Google account.

Your conversations: the questions you ask and the answers Mom or Grandma give you. These are saved to your own account so your threads are there when you come back.

Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number - only the payment confirmation and the email used for the payment.

Basic technical logs (such as server request records) needed to run and secure the site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. To anyone. Ever.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

We do not publish, share, or showcase your questions or answers. Your conversations stay in your account and are visible only to you.

We do not use your conversations to advertise to you.

A small number of service providers help us run the site, and each receives only the minimum it needs:

Hosting - stores the site and your account data.

An AI provider - processes each question to generate the answer. Your question is sent to generate a response and is not used by us for advertising.

A payment processor - handles donations and card purchases.

An email delivery provider - sends confirmation, password reset, and transactional email.

We use a small amount of browser storage and one session cookie for one thing: keeping you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

You can delete your account and everything in it yourself from your account settings. If you would rather have us do it, email support@jewishmother.app and we will take care of it.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will note the change on this page. The current version always lives here.
